Download and install iMonitorPC subscription client on all computers you want to monitor. Enter the email you used during the signup in the client configuration.

It works no matter where you or your employees are. No need to setup firewalls, routers or other expensive hardware.

Is there a long-term contract?

No, our service is billed monthly or yearly and there are no long term contracts. You can cancel at any time. You will be billed for the current month or year (based on your plan), but never after that.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my account later?

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Simply click Subscription on the Settings menu to make any changes to your plan.

Is my payment secure? Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes, we are using PayPal as a payment processor, one of the leading payment processors in the world. During checkout you can either pay with your PayPal account or using your credit card.

Can you refund my payment?

We do not refund payments after the purchase. However you have 14 day trial, and can decide if you want to purchase or not.

Is my data secure?

Yes, your data is transported and maintained in a secure facility. We use the same communication protocol as banks, health care, credit card companies do. The hosting facility has advance physical security and 24/7 on site staff.

What operating systems is iMonitorPC compatible with?

iMonitorPC can be installed on Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7. To view the reports on the web site, you will need Internet Explorer 7 or newer, Firefox 3 or higher, Chrome 4 or Safari 4.

How is free trial working?

Free trial does not require a credit card. You will not be charged unless you decide to purchase.

Can I cancel my plan?

There is no long term contract, you can cancel at any time and we will not charge you again. You are only responsible for the charges up to your cancellation. The charges are always for a full month or year (based on your plan), no prorations.
