How is free trial working?
If you cancel a paying plan within 14 days of signing up you will not incure charges.
Can I cancel my plan?
There is no long term contract, you can cancel at any time and we will not charge you again. You are only responsible for the charges up to your cancellation. The charges are always for a full month, no prorations.
Can you refund my payment?
We do not refund payments after the 14 day trail has expired.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my account later?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Simply click Subscription on the Settings menu to make any changes to your plan.
Is there a long-term contract?
No, our service is a billed monthly and there are no long term contracts.You can cancel at any time. You will be billed for the current month, but never after that.
Is my payment secure? Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, we are using PayPal as a payment processor, one of the leading payment processors in the world. During checkout you can either pay with your PayPal account or using your credit card.

Is my data secure?
Yes, your data is transported and maintained in a secure facility. We use the same communication protocol as banks, health care, credit card companies do. The hosting facilty is SAS 70 compliant, has advance physical security and 24/7 on site staff.
Do you charge per user or per computer?
No, with all our subscription plans you can monuitor include unlimited computers and create as many users on the web site as you want to.
Why there is a limited on number of Reports? What does this limit mean?
We are charging you on the total number of daily reports you store in the database. You can monitor 10, 100 or 1000 computers as long as the total number of reports is under the limit for your subscription plan.
What happens if I exceed the number of reports for my plan?
We store your reports even if you are over the limit for your plan as well so you do not lose the data. However, to see these reports you must delete older reports (can be automated) or upgrade your subscription plan.
Our plans are very generous. With the Advance plan ($49/month) you can to store history for 1 year for 60 employees or 1 month for 720 employees.
What operating systems is iMonitorPC compatible with?
iMonitorPC can be installed on Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7. To view the reports on the web site, you will need Internet Explorer 7 or newer, Firefox 3 or higher, Chrome 4 or Safari 4.
