Remote Monitoring – See what people are doing without accessing their computer
iMonitorPC Remote Monitoring helps you store, and review activity reports even when you do not have access to the computers you want to monitor.
POWERFULL REPORTS – WHERE & WHAT
You can store and review the activity reports either inside your network (iMonitorPC Server is required) or directly on iMonitorPC.com web site (only iMonitorPC Client is needed)
For increased security, we allow you to install the iMonitorPC Server on your own server. This option is designed for increased security needed by companies that want to keep the activity reports inside of their networks and not on our web site.
Accessing reports on the web site can be done only after logging in to the web site. Your password is stored encrypted in our system, so only losing it can give somebody else unauthorized access to the system.
After you login to the web site the following reports can be reviewed:
- detailed activity reports
- summary activity reports
- alerts
- chat captures
Reports can be filtered by dates, type, user and computer.
Multiple computers can be monitored using a single online account. Computers can be assigned to a certain department and access to that department can be given only to certain managers. (see Organizational chart)
