iMonitorPC Server Organizational Chart is a flexible way that lets you give access to activity reports to managers in a company.

There are three easy steps you have to follow:

• Create the departments list
• Assign managers to departments
• Assign computers to departments

Once you do these, only the department’s manager will have access to the activity reports from the employees in his department.

Newly added computers will have to be assigned to a specific department before any manager can access it.

You can also allow users to view their own reports.
