Step 1: These messages might appear when iMonitorPC tries to send an email or an online report. Check “Remember this answer” and click “Yes”

 

Step 2: If you experience problems with iMonitorPC due to BitDefender follow the next steps:

Open “BitDefender Antivirus” and click the “Privacy Control” tab in main window.

 

Step 3: Click “Advanced Settings”

 

Step 4: Click on the “Cookie” tab.

 

Step 5: Click the “Add” button.

 

Step 6: Enter www.imonitorpc.com , set action “Permit”, direction “Both”, and click “Finish”.

 

Step 7: Go to the “Script” tab.

 

Step 8: Enter www.imonitorpc.com, select “Permit” and click Finish.

 

Step 9: Click “OK” to finish.

If you experience problems with iMonitorPC due to F-Secure follow the next steps:

Step 1: Open “F-Secure Internet Security” and activate the “Internet Shield” tab. Click “Configure…” for the Firewall.

 

Step 2: Activate the “Application Control” tab.

Step 3: Select “svrProfiler” from the list and then click the “Details…” button. If “svrProfiler” is not in the list, click “Add…”, go to the installation folder for iMonitorPC and select the program.

 

Step 4: Select “Allow” and then click “OK” to finish.

Step 1: Open Kaspersky Anti-Virus. Click the “Settings” button.

 

Step 2: Click on the “Trusted zone…” button.

 

Step 3: Click the “Trusted applications” tab and then click “Add…”

 

Step 4: Click on the “Browse…” button, navigate to the installation folder of iMonitorPC, select “svrProfiler.exe” and then repeat the process for “iMonitorPC.exe”.

 

Step 5: Click “OK” to finish.

Step 1: After installing iMonitorPC you might get the following message. Click “Grant access” and then “OK”

 

Step 2: When sending an email, you might get the following message.
Select “Allow this program”, check “Remember this action” and then click “OK”

 

Step 3: If you are still experiencing problems with iMonitorPC, open McAfee SecurityCenter go to the “Computer & Files” tab and click “Configure”.

 

Step 4: Click the “Advanced…” button

 

Step 5: Select the “Trusted Lists” tab

 

Step 6: Select “Trusted E-mail Programs from the drop down list;

 

Step 7: If “svrprofiler.exe” is blocked, select it and click the “Trust” button then click “OK” to finish.

Step 1: Open Norton Antivirus and click the “Norton Antivirus” tab

 

Step 2: Expand the “Settings” bar and click the “Norton Antivirus Options” button

 

Step 3: Expand the “Exclusions” tab and click “Signatures”

 

Step 4: Click the “New” button

 

Step 5: Scroll down the list and select “Spyware.IMonitorPCPro” then click the “Add” button

 

Step 6: Click the “Apply” button
You can now install and use any version of iMonitorPC

If you still experience problems with iMonitorPC due to Panda, follow the next steps:

 

Step 2: Click the “Protection settings” button found under “Protections status”.

 

Step 3: Click “Firewall protection”

 

Step 4: Click “Connection permission settings”

 

Step 5: Select “svrProfiler.exe” from the list ant select “Inbound and outbound” from the drop down list next to it.
Click “OK” to finish.

Step 1: Select “Do not warn me about this program again” and then click “Allow”

 

Step 2: If you experience problems with iMonitorPC due to Trend Micro PC, open the security software,
activate the “Virus & Spyware Controls” tab, and expand “Suspicious Software Alarm System”.

 

Step 3: Click ”Warning Exception List”

 

Step 4: Select PROFILERMANAGER.EXE and, check “Allow” and click “OK” to finish.

 

Step 5: Allow and click OK.

Step 1: This message might appear when iMonitorPC tries to send en email; Check “Remember this setting” and then click Allow.

 

Step 2: Open “ZoneAlarm Security Suite” activate the “Program Control” tab then activate the “Programs” tab and select “Trusted” for all the options for svrProfiler.exe and/or iMonitorPC.exe . Close “ZoneAlarm Security Suite” to finish.
