iMonitorPC Client Installation Guide

Step 1: iMonitorPC is a certified clean product but it conflicts with antivirus software due to its remote monitoring feature. If you are using an antivirus software like Symantec, McAfee, Avira etc. you will have to disable the antivirus before installing iMonitorPC. Then add iMonitorPC to the antivirus exceptions list and re-enable it. For full information on this please visit our FAQ page.

Step 2: After you download the software from our web site, double click on the icon.

Step 3: Click Run in the Security Warning screen.

Step 4: Click Next in the first screen.

Step 5: Read the End User License Agreement and click Next if you agree with its terms and conditions.

Step 6: If you want to use the default folder for installation, just click Next. If you want to install the software in a different folder, then click Change …, select the desired folder and then click Next.

Step 7: Select the version you want to install and click Next.

Step 8: If you are satisfied with your selections, click Install in the next screen. The program will start installing the software. If you get any error during the installation, please disable your antivirus software and try again.

Step 9: Wait while the installation is being performed.

Step 10: In the last screen select if you want to create a Desktop on the screen and in the Programs Menu. If you want the application to be invisible, then uncheck these boxes.

Step 11: Start the program and go to Options screen to setup the Online account, Security password and other options as you desire.
